    we are honoured to invite you to our elbMUN (MODEL UNITED NATIONS) 2019 conference at the Saxon Parliament in the beautiful city of Dresden. From April first through fifth, four councils will once again engage in heated debate on relevant and controversial issues of international politics.

    This year's motto "Planting peace on common ground" reflects our understanding of worldwide cooperation. Together with you, we want to do our part in clearing the way for peace through passionate debate and mutual appreciation. As a team also hope to bring you, dear delegates, closer together. In the end, peace starts with people who are willing to believe in and work for it.

    True to the spirit of the United Nations organisation, The JMI-MUN conference, strives to foster a forum for constructive open dialogue on complex global issues including international peace, security, economic and social progress.

    JMI-MUN is an action-packed 2 day conference with unique committees that set us apart from other MUNs in the country such as Historical crisis committee, Disarmament and international security, Arab League, Historic All India political parties meet and many more exciting committees.

    In essence JMI-MUN is more than a debate event , in that it provides a social platform to a large group of youth to interact and exchange their ideas.

    GimMUN is a conference organized by students for students (aged 15 to 19). It is a conference for everyone, even beginners, which means that students and schools having no experience with MUN are welcome as well. The official language of the conference is English. There will be four days of intense debates and it will give high school students from all over the world an opportunity to play the role of a diplomat, thus simulating the United Nations committees. As a part of the UNESCO ASP network of schools, our priorities are Education for Sustainable Development, Global Citizenship and Peace, so the slogan of the conference is »Live and Let Live«.

    THE 7TH PADJADJARAN MODEL UNITED NATIONS 2019 IS BACK!
    Padjadjaran Model United Nations (PadMUN) is an annual United Nations conference simulation held by International Relations students of Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. PadMUN started in 2012, with the participation of in-campus delegates and chairs. Consistently developing, PadMUN 2018 reached a record of more than 110 delegates from various countries, including North Korea, South Korea, Pakistan, Taiwan, and Malaysia.
    The most notable distinction between PadMUN and other MUN conferences is its very own ‘MUN Clinic’ and ‘Meet the Experts’. MUN Clinic is a one-to-one consulting method from the chairs to delegates, which allows the delegates to get meaningful advices directly from the chairs. While Meet the Experts is a forum for the delegates to attain deeper insights about the council’s topic from International Relations scholars and practitioners.
    As one of the most prestigious MUNs in Indonesia, PadMUN would again prove its prestige, grandeur, and relevance on April 7-10, 2019 as the seventh year of PadMUN. With the grand theme “Personalizing the International in a Globalizing World”, we seek to continue serving as a platform for youth to develop with our tradition of substantive excellence that is wrapped with a series of exhilarating events and held in a professional manner.

    Padjadjaran Model United Nations (PadMUN) is an annual United Nations meeting simulation held by International Relations students of Universitas Padjadjaran. PadMUN, as one of the most prestigious international Model United Nations in Indonesia, would prove its prestige and greatness in 2019, as the seventh year of PadMUN.

    Consistently developing into a grandeur event up until now, PadMUN continues to maintaining and increasing the expectant delegate’s number across the globe and also would like to strengthen its partnership with national and international media, MUNs, MUN communities and institutions, in the effort to a better MUN foundation.

    PadMUN 2019 will take place on April 7-10, 2019 in Crowne Plaza Bandung, Indonesia.
